A complimentary 30 minute consultation to enable you to find out what my services could help you to achieve so prior to any personal or financial comments being made schedule a consultation to ensure we are a good match. To allow us time to discuss your requirements and expectations along side my skill set. What have you got to loose?
Cancellation Policy
Please get in touch asap if you require to change your appointment. Cancellation Policy We understand that plans sometimes change and unexpected situations can arise. We kindly ask for consideration of the following cancellation policy so we can continue to offer the best possible service to all clients: Payment is full is required when booking, this helps to prevent no shows. Please see policy below : this can be via the website or bank transfer, Cancellations or rescheduling with 24 hours’ notice or more can be made free of charge. Cancellations made within 12–24 hours of the appointment may be charged 50% of the treatment fee. Cancellations with less than 12 hours’ notice, or no‑shows, may be charged up to 100% of the treatment fee. If you are running late, your treatment may need to be shortened to respect other clients’ appointments. The full treatment fee will still apply. We appreciate that genuine emergencies, sudden illness, or unforeseen circumstances happen. These will always be considered with understanding and discretion, particularly for regular clients. By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to this cancellation policy. Thank you for your courtesy and support.
