Cancellation Policy for Massage Therapy Treatments

A deposit is required for all appointment, the reason behind this is that this reduces the no show, cancellation rate dramatically. I hope you understand.

Any discounts will be applied to on the day at the appointment, by adjusting the outstanding balance paid.

If you don't show up without notifying me of the reason. You will forfeit your deposit in Leu of the missed appointment

Please arrive in good time of your appointment, at the time stated, if you are late, your appointment time will cease at the due time and not be extended.

If for any reason you need to cancel your appointment the following conditions apply

If less than 24 hours notice is given, you may loose your deposit as a charge of your appointment fee and will be required to pay up front in full for any further appointments.

If you don't show you will loose your deposit in leu of your missed appointment

If you are unwell please notify me as soon as possible and fees may will be waived.

For sudden emergencies again contact me as soon as possible and fees may with be waived.

I will notify you at least 48 hours before your appointment if I have to rearrange your appointment. Clients will receive a 20% discount off their next appointment if I give less than 24 hours notice should I need to schedule.
